I'm working with Yanfly's Battle Engine (along with FTB, and Visual Battlers in case it's relevant), but I'm trying to see if there's anyway to change the colors of the HP/MP bars in his script. I've seen plenty of scripts to change the colors of the default bars, but it doesn't work on Yanfly's script.

Alternatively, I would like to get rid of the bars altogether and just display the numbers, such as 14/20 for HP or whatever, like how most jRPG's actually looked. I have Yanfly's plug-ins and the plug-in "Altbars" by Fomar, but it doesn't let me edit them, or get rid of them completely. And if neither of these things is possible, does anyone.
